These terms apply to use of the MARK X WORLD site and purchases made for pickup at 86-10 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Far Rockaway, NY 11693. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown at checkout. If you have questions, contact the store before paying.

Listings, descriptions, prices, and stock may change. Your final order review shows the amount to be charged before payment. Some listings may use temporary product information; contact us if you need confirmation of a detail before ordering. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund.

Online checkout is handled by Base44 Payments. We do not ask for full card details through our contact or careers forms. The checkout review shows the subtotal, any tax collected at checkout, and the total before payment. At present, sales tax is not collected by this website; this is not a statement that a purchase is tax-exempt or that no tax obligation exists.

Orders are available for in-store pickup only; we do not offer shipping or local delivery. Pickup is free at 86-10 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Far Rockaway, NY 11693. Wait for the store to confirm that your order is ready before visiting, and bring your order confirmation.

To request a return, contact the store within 14 days after collecting your order and provide your order confirmation. We will explain the return process and review the request under applicable law. This window does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. No online self-service returns or automatic refunds are available at this time.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact the store directly. We review requests under applicable law and the order’s status. An order is not cancelled or refunded merely because a request was submitted; the store will confirm the outcome. If an item cannot be supplied, we will discuss a refund or alternative.
